Role Overview:
We are looking for a Marketing & Events Coordinator with relevant experience to support our marketing initiatives and lead the planning and execution of company events. This role requires a strong blend of marketing expertise and event management skills to elevate brand awareness, engage target audiences, and ensure the seamless execution of both in-person and virtual events. It will also support the communication efforts of our Company, its products, and key projects—playing a critical role in our day-to-day operations, the achievement of strategic goals, and the long-term growth of the organization.

 

Responsibilities:

The following is a list of the essential duties and responsibilities of this role. The tasks and time spent performing each task may vary as business needs require. Olympic International maintains the right to modify job duties and responsibilities at its discretion.  The range of specific responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following:
Marketing Coordination:

  • Develop, coordinate, and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, email, web, and print channels to support brand awareness.
  • Manage LinkedIn content strategy to drive engagement through case studies and customer success stories.
  • Develop and maintain brand-consistent marketing materials for different channels- digital, social media, email, and print, including website content and photography.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing performance using Google Analytics, CRM, and social media tools to deliver actionable insights, optimize campaigns, and maximize ROI.
  • Conduct market research and manage marketing funnels, including lead nurturing, pipeline tracking, and conversion optimization, aligning campaigns with sales objectives.
  • Additional responsibilities as assigned.

Event Planning & Management:

  • Full-cycle event management- small- and large-scale supplier- and customer-facing events, including lunch-and-learn sessions, meetings, trade shows, product launches, golf tournaments, hiring fairs, and promotional activities.
  • Manage end-to-end event logistics, vendor relationships, and provide post-event reports.
  • Develop and implement marketing, advertising, and event strategies to strengthen brand visibility, consistency, and audience engagement across all channels.
  • Create and manage marketing and event budgets, including forecasting, tracking, and ensuring cost-effective ROI.
  • Partner with Sales, Parts, Service teams, and external vendors to align marketing and event initiatives with business objectives.
  • Manage branded merchandise, marketing assets, and sponsorship relationships.
  • Manage post campaign or events analysis to measure and report to the leadership on marketing and advertising metrics, including strategy recommendations.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external partners, sponsors, and vendors.
  • Serve as a point of contact for marketing and event inquiries, maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Skills and Competencies:

Required
Education, Licenses and/or Certification, Experience Required

  • Proficiency in marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp, Goodge AdWords), online analytics tools, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress, and MS Office, CRM.
  • Proven experience executing integrated marketing campaigns across all channels while developing brand-consistent content for digital, social, email, web, print, and photography assets.
  • Strong experience managing social media, with a primary focus on LinkedIn content strategies, including case studies, customer success stories, and engagement-focused content.
  • Experience in creation and management of marketing and event budgets, including forecasting, tracking, and cost control.
  • Responsible for supporting and executing office management functions and daily administrative operations as a core component of the position.
  • Creative thinker, detail-oriented, and adaptable with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to multitask, stay organized, and manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines and budgets.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, delivering clear, concise messaging with strong attention to detail.
  • Basic knowledge of SEO/SEM and digital advertising are an asset.
  • Demonstrated industry-specific knowledge, especially in HVAC, construction, or related fields, providing a contextual understanding of the market, competitors, and customer needs is considered an asset.

Educational Requirements:

Education, Licenses and/or Certification, Experience Required
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing.
  • 2–4 years of experience in marketing coordination and campaign execution.
  • Proven 1+ year of experience with full-cycle event planning and execution (for both small- and large-scale events).
