Projects Children and Women’s Mental Health Facility – James Matheson Pavillion

Olympic International partnered with IBI Group/Henriquez Partners Architects, Stantec Consulting and Georgia Mechanical to assist with the design and installation of the first KARO radiant cooling and heating system to be applied on an institutional building in North America. The application of this innovative technology significantly reduced energy consumption in the renovation of this 69,000 square foot facility resulting in a  LEED Silver Certification.
