Projects St. Regis Hotel

Sr. Regis Hotel was built in 1913 in the heart of Vancouver’s Financial District and is considered to be one of North America’s Top Boutique Hotels. St. Regis is a 6 storey, 72 guest room hotel that underwent an $11,000,000 renovation that included HVAC upgrade. Olympic partnered with Sterling Cooper and Associates to provide design assistance and HVAC equipment. The Daikin variable refrigerant volume (VRV) heat recovery system, included 70 Daikin fan coils and 6 outdoor Daikin heat recovery units totalling 42 Tons.
