Projects Surrey City Centre

Surrey City Centre is a 25 storey 1 Million sq. foot facility. Olympic International was pleased to partner with Keen Engineering and Lockerbie and Hole Contracting to supply 4 McQuay Centrifugal Chillers totalling 3850 Tons of Cooling, along with a 3 cell Cooling Tower, and 6 Custom Scott Springfield Air Handlers. Olympic also supplied a unique Sofame condensing boiler system and custom compartmental air handling units utilizing static regain technology feeding the under-floor air distribution system.
